Hydrogen-2 (deuterium) is the key material for manufacturing Deuterium OLED screens. Deuterium OLED screens have a longer lifespan compared to normal OLED screens.
Boron-11 is used in the manufacture of advanced process chips and panels. The P-type semiconductor formed by Boron-11 effectively improves the conductivity and radiation and interference resistance of semiconductor devices.
Silicon-28 is used to manufacture quantum chips. Silicon-28 has excellent performance in quantum computing. Quantum chips made of Silicon-28 have longer decoherence time and more powerful quantum computing performance.
Germanium-72 is used to make advanced semiconductor devices. A mixture of Germanium-72 tetrafluoride and hydrogen enhances the life of the ion source, extends the beam run length and improves beam performance.
